Lots more sewing this week. All my paper piecing for the alternate blocks are done and I am working on more embroidery.
I am seriously considering re-doing one of the main blocks again. The centre block just needs another border. I am aiming to get the embroidery all done this week so that I can start the borders. Will be taking stitching to work today to do in my lunch hour because we have a birthday or 2 to celebrate tonight with the girls. Tomorrow I will post a photo of another project I have been working on.
Can't wait for the weekend I am heading off to a Sue Daley workshop with the girls, woohoo.
I am also booked in to a workshop with Kathy Doughety in October which will be amazing.
So lets just say I romped it in this week because I did lots and lots of sewing again every day usually 2 hours each.
Head on over the Kate's to see who else met the challenge, and don't forget to leave a comment in the previous post to be in the running for my give away.

It's looking great. Can't wait to see it when I get back it will be finished I expect.
So great to read of a challenge being met. You are an inspiration Amanda!
Busy week, especially if you managed 2 hours per day. Love the Dresden plate block you've got going.
